Physician Assistant Ortho Plainview, TX

Job Summary: Provides primary health care and performs selective medical services under the direction of clinic physicians with minimal supervision.Essential Functions: 1. Obtains complete medical history and physical data on patients. Reviews patient records and interprets and integrates data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures needed.2. Performs complete physical exam and records all findings. Establishes presumptive diagnosis.3. Orders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. Records all findings and synthesizes data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan utilizing principles of prevention.4. Administers injections, immunizations, and oral medications. Sutures wounds. Prepares written prescription orders for drugs and controlled substances.5. Interviews and advises patients regarding health and illness prevention. Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment instructions. Provides patient education.Minimum Position Qualifications: Education: Graduation from an accredited Physician's Assistant program. License / Certification: Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
