Summary: This position requires the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair commercial vehicles and equipment. This individual must have the ability to effectively work and communicate with employees and customers. Requirements include daily safety inspections, minimal reworks, and maintaining production standards. Particular attention will be on timeliness and quality of repairs. The TIC will be responsible to prioritize work load and distribution of work as well as direct on the proper repair procedures through clear and concise communication.

Qualifications:
? Must adhere to FirstGroup America Minimum Hiring Standards
? Must complete Background Check, Drug Screen, Motor Vehicle Records Check and Prior
Employment History Check
? 5
years hands-on diesel maintenance and repair experience and well as experience in a supervisory role within an automotive shop
? Familiar with light, medium and/or heavy vehicle maintenance and repair including electrical, air brakes, drive trains, suspensions etc.
? CDL License preferred; must be willing/able to obtain; will assist (Required by some locations)
? ASE Certifications HIGHLY preferred; must be willing/able to obtain
? Must possess basic mechanic's tool set
? Must possess valid driver's license
? Must have excellent communication skills, bringing demonstrated abilities of building solid relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates.

? Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
? Must be able to work in a crouched position or on back lying on mechanic's dolly beneath motor vehicle equipment; subjected to dust, dirt, and grease conditions.
