As a company we work on site (Friona, Plainview, Hart, Muleshoe, idalou) and have a metal fabrication shop in Lubbock.
In the fabrication shop we build gates, large equipment attachments and other custom manufactured parts.
When on site we primarily are doing new construction and general improvements.
The chosen candidate will be expected to work on projects that include welding and repairs, erection of new buildings, equipment operation, and concrete work.
Applicants do not need specific experience but need to be willing to learn, and must be capable of learning.
Employee must provide transportation to job site, employees will be reimbursed for mileage A company vehicle option is available after performance evaluation Problem Solving is a must in this industry, you will be expected to do task on hand with your current knowledge and with little guidance after being taught Fast learning and ability to retain information will be required and will determine future pay Job Type:
